This shot is one of my all-time favorite physique photos. Helmut Reidmeier (the spelling of his last name has been a subject of debate for years -- this version is my preference) was a popular European model (and a very friendly one, too, by all accounts) known for his nude sessions with John (Paignton) Barrington, but also very much a favorite of Walter Kundzicz, who took this photo. Walter took a trip to to Europe, scouting for fresh models, and took roll after roll of Helmut. While I have labeled this one as a Champion pic for ease of reference, the bulk of the European models were attributed to Walter's studio "THEM" (Treasure House of European Models).
