Eric Pedersen -- at vintagemale.info!
WB's scans of Eric Pedersen by Spartan keep popping up now and then, and they always bring a smile. Of course, they first appeared at v-m-p.org back in February of 2005. Seeing one the other day prompted me to take a look at that page, always one of my favorites from the original site, and I have re-upped it to vintagemale.info. Please click here to see the full twelve-photo set WB sent me way back when, along with a few other bits of Pedersen miscellanea!
(And WB -- thanks again for everything!)

John Davidson and Blackie Preston by AMG
Since there was some instant interest in these two, here's some more.
John was a true baby-faced Marine, tragically killed in Vietnam. He is probably more famous for his work with Champion and Milo, but did some fun work with AMG, including the film "Gladiator and the Slave" from which these photos are from.
Blackie did the rounds with the Los Angeles photographers, including Bruce and Milo, having no trouble dropping trou for any of them, but will always be remembered for his solo film "Narcissus" for AMG (included as an extra on the DVD of the film "Beefcake" -- Netflix it!).

Two AMG superstars coming to DVD
I don't always look at the emails that come from AMG these days, mainly because I'm not that interested in Brazilian porn, skanky 70's street trash, and I certainly can't afford a membership at their site. But this morning I took a look at their latest and found something that might be of interest to visitors here.
Due out this month are the first two in what I hope will be a continuing series of "Complete" DVDs -- "The Complete Jim Paris" and "The Complete Monte Hanson." Each disc features all of the film loops each model did with the studio, as well as a slideshow of all the photographs taken of them by Bob Mizer. More info can be found here and here.
I'm guessing that the Brazilian stuff is continuing to pay off for AMG so that they can finally dig a bit deeper into their past for those of us who prefer the original, vintage AMG material. Let's hope they sell well and prompt further editions!
