While Dale was photographed several times by Don Whitman's WPG, this photo doesn't really resemble a WPG shot.

Dale Gilbert photographed at a bodybuilding contest. He may have guest posed at the Mr Colorado contest that Whitman founded and organized from 1950-1972….:)
