I know this is an old post, but I thought you might like to know that Joe was the originator of a newsletter/club back in the early 70's called the "USA" or "Uncircumcised Society of America" which to my knowledge was the first attempt to advertise specifically to an interest in the uncut - both those who appreciated what they had and those who were cut who wanted to meet uncuts - it is also the grass roots organization which led to the current interest and large number of guys who are restoring their foreskin both surgically and mechanically - remember this was way before internet and cocks and foreskins were still very much underground - Joe probably had no idea when he started what the outcome would be - somewhere in all my stuff I have some of that old material - thanks for posting his pic
