I am sorry to say that John and Jim Manning are deceased and died around 1999-2001. Joe Manning the Youngest of the Brothers is still alive. I do not know about setting up an Interview. I am not sure if Joe even gives interviews. I talked to a family Member who confirmed this information for me in May 2023.
