I've been a fan of the artist Adam/Jack Bozzi for years, but I have never heard of him taking photos before -- but now that you mention it, why couldn't it be the same man? Very interesting!
Well, I just found an address for this Adam (the photographer). It was published in a physique mag, but I can't say which one. And so it goes: ADAM - P. O. BOX 889, Grand Central Station. New York 17, N. Y.
